HOUSING
Not one to allow those without vested interest "run her household", Empress Dillworth has found the perfect balance for working with outside entities. When maintaining a house, the policies built by outsiders (including the government) matter. Little by little, those policies will eventually affect what happens in your own home from the education you will have to the children you will one day bore!
