ABSOLUTELY! Our revision process will be shared with you, the client, during the signing of your service contract.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE PERSON I WORK WITH? IS THAT A PROBLEM?
To answer simply...NO, IT IS NOT A PROBLEM AS LONG AS THAT REASON DOES NOT SUPERSEDE OUR ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICIES.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Not usually, but it really depends on the project.
HOW OPEN SHOULD I BE WITH CONSULTANTS?
You should be as open and honest as possible in order for us to provide you with a service level acceptable to both parties. Obviously, we do not expect for you to divulge illegal or privileged information, but we do expect for you to feel comfortable enough with us to let us know your concerns and guide your project. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO "TAKE OFF" ON YOUR OWN ONCE CONSULTING HAS INITIATED.
HOW OFTEN CAN I BOOK?
As often as you like. We coordinate each project separated, but there is no limit to how many times you book with our consultancy.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
Yes. Our headquarters in New York City is the best place to contact when there is a concern. However, any of our offices is staffed with members ready to assist in case of an emergency.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
There is more than one set paymet policy & that will ultimately depend on the client's history with us. We assess on an ad hoc basis. We will make sure the terms are agreeable with the client before proceeding with the project as a whole.
